Bespoke built for Gatwick Airport this 800 litre oil/lube trailer has been designed to customers exact requirements for the removal and replacing of hydraulic oil from airbridges around the airfield.
The system has three on board bunded oil tanks two 200 litres for clean oil and one 400 litre for dirty oil, mounted inside a fully enclosed custom trailer with the whole floor acting as a full drip tray alleviating oil spills on the airfield, each tank has its own pump, hose reel delivery gun complete with flow metre and suction wand stopping cross contamination, each tank can self-fill and empty via l-port valve system, there is also a tank overfill sensor on each tank making over filling impossible as it shuts off pumps automatically.
Rear roller shutter door protection of equipment and security.
This system was designed for 240volts but can be configured for 110volts.
All above running on a heavy-duty GB approved chassis with a 2800kg gross capacity running on Land Rover style wheels and tyres.
