The Yanmar L70 Spark Arrestor is manufactured without restrictive swirl baffles or fragile screens.

The exhaust spark arrestor is easily installed by sliding it over the Yanmar L70’s exhaust pipe and clamped into position.

It is Multi-position Rated and creates a Cooler Exhaust, Quieter and is Compact.

The Yanmar’s exhaust outlet is formed by stacking the individual diffuser discs to form a series of annular openings. The precise spacing between these discs provides a barrier against noise and sparks without restricting the exhaust’s flow.

As the exhaust flows out radially between the discs, the noise is first dissipated and then diffused over a quiet 360 ̊ pattern. After leaving the discs, the exhaust path curves inward toward the centre line and is rapidly cooled by mixing with the surrounding air. This spark arrestor can be fitted to L70 diesel engines.
