Product description.
The ATEX Approved Tank Alarm alerts users when levels of fluid are high which may be caused by a leak or rainwater within the bund. It is suitable for tanks containing flammable liquid and is certified to Zone 1 by ATEX.
The ATEX Approved Tank Alarm sounds a 95db alarm and alerts the user with a flashing red light for 120 seconds followed by a beep for 60 minutes when the levels are too high.
The alarm comes in 2 versions, one of which is used for diesel, kerosene and JET A1 Tanks. The other can be used for petrol using a thrid party ATEX probe with a solid stem.
Features of the ATEX Approved Tank Alarm include an IP65 metal enclosure, test alarm and cancel alarm functions, and the ability to automatically cancel and reset when the zone is deactivated. It is a battery powered alarm and has a maximum probe length of 5m.
