MT Profil Float Gauge

The MT Profil Float Gauge is used for fuel tanks and comes with a small mechanical clock which is used to measure the tanks contents. It works by sitting on the fuel and moving up and down with the fuel level. The MT Profil Float Gauge has a dial which displays a scale of empty, 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 and full, making it easy to read the tanks fuel level.

For a range of heights of fuel tanks, the MT Profil Float Gauge is available in sizes ranging from 1’6 to 8’0. The 8’0 is adjustable and displays the reading in cm and has a reversable display measuring from 150cm max on one side, to 250cm max on the other side.

The MT Profil Float Gauge is fitted with a 1 1/2″ BSP Male fitting as standard which allows it to fit easily on top of a storage tank or drum. A 2″ X 1 1/2″ reducing bush would need to be purchased from the optional extras for any tanks with a 2″ BSP hole. The gauge can be connected with a 2″ barrel nipple through a tanks vent if it has one and combined with a combi vent cap meausuring 1 1/2″ BSP threat to screw in will prevent an additional hole needing to be made.

Features of the MT Profil Float Gauge include it needing no power, being stench proof, and being suitable for diesel, kerosene and biodiesel up to B100.
