This is a genuine Annovi Reverberi unloader valve for 3000psi pressure washer units.

A unloader valve is a special device that is fitted to a pressure washer’ water pump and is responsible for regulating the amount of pressure within the accumulating system until, which will hold loads until it’s instructed to release it. The unloader valve is designed to respond to change in pressure or flow, the unloader valve will feed into the accumulating system when there is low pressure and then unload into the reservoir when high pressure is reached.

Effectively the unloader valve will work together with your lance trigger to form a valve system, this will allow you to control the flow of water without turning the engine off. This 2 port valve system forms as a convenient way to control your pressure washer but also forms as a safety feature where if you lose control (drop) the trigger it will stop the water from coming out. So when you pull the trigger the unloader valve will allow high pressure water to come out of the lance and then when the trigger is released it will return water at a low pressure back into the reservoir or pump. The pressure can be altered on the pressure washer by adjusting the unloader valve.

This pressure washer unloader valve is suitable for pressure washers that use 3000psi Annovi Reverberi (triplex plunger pumps) This unloader valve will suit standard 3000psi diesel Pramac pressure washer units.
