2140 Litre Translucent Inner Fuel Tank

Replacement 2140 U.N. certified inner fuel bowser tank. Pressure tested and ready to fit straight into the fuel bowser’s bund.

Completely corrosion free Rotary moulded Polyethylene seamless baffled tank fully tested to U.N certification, when used to replace an old tank please date stamp U.N plate on fuel bowser’s rear door to keep within the U.N approvals.

Tank comes complete with manual vent valve, Pressure relief valve, 2″ fill point, 1/2″ suction and return connections for generator fuel line, 3/4″ ball valve at base of tank for pump feed. Contents is visible through the translucent tank.

To fit, remove the lid of the 2140 litre fuel bowser by drilling the high grip pop rivets and then lift the lid off. Then remove the tank retaining bar via the m12 bolts on either side of the retaining bar and then continue to remove the old inner tank. Refit the new inner tank into the bund and push back making sure the tank is up against the fuel bowsers front wall and then continue to refit the tank retaining bar. Following this fit the bund’s lid back into place lining up the rivet holes (ratchet straps may be needed to clamp in and secure the lid in place) Use high grip pop rivets to rivet lid back into place.
