Foodstuff Conical Tank

Foodstuff Conical Tank with Cone constructed using corrosion-resistant, UV stabilised, high-density food grade polyethene and designed for the containment of liquids up to a Specific Gravity of 1.5, our Cone Tanks are otherwise known as Conical or Cone Bottom Tanks are frequently used in applications requiring settlement or clarification of liquids or the bulk removal of solids from wastewater. Cone Tanks allow for the full drainage of tank contents for quality control and the elimination of particulate.

Customisation of these tanks includes welded fittings and flanges.  Advantages of these include easy cleaning as there are no gaskets or tank fittings in the tank to impede drainage or harbour germs.

Food Grade / WRAS Tanks

All our cone tanks are WRAS (Water Regulations Advisory Scheme) approved and are available in black, boat blue or natural.  In some installations water tanks will need to be Fluid Category 5 Compliant, we have options for these here as well as insulated tanks to prevent thermal gain and loss.
