55 Litre Chemical Storage Bund

Our 55 litre Chemical Storage Bund  (172700-Bund) and can hold up to 110% of the plastic tank’s volume. This industrial quality dosing tank bund is able to be stored in a stack to save on space when not in use.  Our dosing tank bund is manufactured from virgin grade polyethene which is tough and durable and consists of a single one-piece mould that is seamless and watertight.

Chemical Bunds For Dosing Tanks

A tank bund provides an additional layer of containment to a dosing tank and preventing the contents of the tank from entering a watercourse or contaminating the land. They are important considering the nature of the chemical agents that can be stored in a dosing tank.  Each bund tank is designed to work with one of our dosing tanks. For example – the 5172700 dosing tank has a 50 Litre capacity and is designed to stand inside the 172700-bund. The 172700-Bund has a volume of 110% of the 172700 dosing tank capacity, that is 55 Litres.   This allows the full contents of a dosing tank to be contained with the Chemical Storage Bunds should the dosing tank itself become mechanically compromised due to rupturing or damage, as well as contain a spillage should any of the fittings become broken or loose.
