900 Litre Storage Silo

Enduramaxx’s 900 litre storage silo with a 60 deg cone is designed for dry bulk products and sits in a hot-dipped galvanised frame.  The silo has a closed top with a removable lid to stop the ingress of dirt and contamination of the product inside.  The tank is rotationally moulded in natural UV stabilised linear medium density polyethene and has high mechanical resistance and thermal insulation.  This polymer has a strong resistance to industrial wear & tear, food grade and will not rust. These plastic silos have a smooth interior surface which prevents feed-sticking and allows the easy extraction of any bulk material.  There are no bolts in the main body which prevents water seepage in the bin and risk of feed degradation.

Silo Slider Valves

These silos can be fitted with a 100, 150 & 200mm outlet at the base of the silo and are suitable for a wide variety of materials in the chemical, plastics, and food industries.  The conical base can be fitted with a variety of solutions to aid the outflow of the products including hand-operated slide valves to enable quick emptying of the tank.  The main body of the silo is made in translucent natural as standard to show the level of the product in the tank (other colours are available on request).  Side access inspection hatches can be assembled in the hoppers if required.

Raised Silo Frames

Our plastic silo tanks can be supplied with raised frames to enable bottom emptying into carts or pallets.
