Product overview

Alums and Polymer Tanks

Alums and Polymer Tanks chemicals are commonly used to treat water and wastewater and require specialised storage.  Separation is a major issue with these chemicals and can lead to difficulty in pumping the chemicals.  Polymers present unique challenges, it’s crucial to design a storage system that will perform reliably for years. Be sure your storage solution meets the following standards.

High-density polyethene offers superior strength at a long-term cost advantage for storing polymers. Welded tank connections are advised to reduce the potential for leaks and spills as well as bunding the tank.  Enduramaxx’s cone tank ensures a complete drain of the contents of the tank which are durable, a high-strength storage solution that resists corrosion.

Bunded Storage Tanks

While polymers offer a versatile, cost-effective solution to water treatment, they do present storage challenges.  These Alums / Polymer Tanks sometimes require bunding and are offered with chemical tank options including liquid level sensor assemblies and fill pipes, fittings and modifications to suit your application.  This includes inlets, outlets, PN16 and ANSI flanges, welded sockets and as well as fume proof lids, mixers and vents.
